Remarks: Propeller assembly was overhauled TAW Hartzell manuals: 135F-R46 (TR-051), 143A-R27, 159-R89, 165A-R33, 180-R43 and 202A, AD notes: N/A. Service Bulletins: SB-374R1 C/W. Factory new parts kit, 4ea deice boots, 4ea deice leads, 1ea set of outer blade bearing races and 1ea leading edge guards on blade SN B5122 installed. Leading edge guard installed by Hartzell Service Center under their WO# 25207. All mandatory replacement parts were removed and replaced with factory new parts. Propeller was lubricated with NYCO GN3058 grease and shipped assembled with bulkhead installed.
